This wavy ceramic tray is hand-built, one fold at a time — no two ever look the same. It's bigger and deeper than my other trays, with a warm amber and brown speckled glaze over stoneware clay. At 45 x 17 x 3 cm, it's food safe and made to actually use.
Set it out for serving — cheese, nuts, or fruit sit naturally in its folds. It also works as a catchall for keys and rings, or just on its own as a piece to look at.
I make ruffles because life isn't flat. It has ups and downs, and that's what makes it beautiful. Every ruffle is shaped by hand, so no two pieces come out the same.
I'm Julia, I make every piece myself. This tray is part of a small, growing collection.
