Return Policy
We want you to love your piece, but if it's not right for you, here's how returns work.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Contact us at lusolia.studio@gmail.com within that time to start the process.
The item needs to come back unused and in the same condition you received it in, ideally in its original packaging. Since every piece is handmade, please pack it carefully so it doesn't get damaged on the way back.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we can't refund an item that gets lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
