Each piece in our collection is handcrafted as a sculptural art object. Due to the nature of limited, handmade work, we encourage thoughtful purchasing and invite you to review the policy below before placing an order.

International Returns & Right of Withdrawal

European Union (including the Netherlands)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the item.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at [your email address] within this period.

Rest of the World (Outside the EU)

For customers outside the European Union, returns are accepted on a discretionary basis and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

All return requests must be approved before items are sent back.

Return Conditions (Worldwide)

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in original or equivalent protective packaging

  • The return must be requested and approved before shipment

As each piece is handcrafted, all returns are carefully inspected. Items that show signs of use, damage, or improper handling may not be accepted.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Due to the nature of handcrafted and limited work, the following items are final sale worldwide:

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces

  • Made-to-order works created specifically for you

  • Pieces adjusted in size, color, or design upon request

These items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • (Optional) the reason for your return

If your return is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.

Return Shipping (Worldwide)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service

We cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and country of residence.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

We will review the matter and offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

For international orders outside the EU:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • These charges are non-refundable in the event of a return
