Each piece in our collection is handcrafted as a sculptural art object. Due to the nature of limited, handmade work, we encourage thoughtful purchasing and invite you to review the policy below before placing an order.
International Returns & Right of Withdrawal
European Union (including the Netherlands)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the item.

Rest of the World (Outside the EU)
For customers outside the European Union, returns are accepted on a discretionary basis and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
All return requests must be approved before items are sent back.
Return Conditions (Worldwide)
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

As each piece is handcrafted, all returns are carefully inspected. Items that show signs of use, damage, or improper handling may not be accepted.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Due to the nature of handcrafted and limited work, the following items are final sale worldwide:

Made-to-order works created specifically for you

Pieces adjusted in size, color, or design upon request
These items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.

Refunds

Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
For international orders outside the EU:
